用途:

1.高壓聚乙烯(LDPE)的優(yōu)良中溫引發(fā)劑,多用于管式或釜式法工藝, 可同引發(fā)劑PV(過氧化特戊酸叔丁酯)，OT（過氧化-2-乙基已酸叔丁酯），引發(fā)劑TBPD（過氧化新癸酸叔丁酯）及二異丙苯過氧化氫等共同組成復(fù)合催化劑體系，聚合效果好。

2. 在苯乙烯懸浮聚合工藝中，引發(fā)劑C和過氧化苯甲酰（BPO）復(fù)配使用，是苯乙烯或苯乙烯共聚物常用的引發(fā)劑。

3.在丙烯酸酯類的聚合工藝中用引發(fā)劑C代替偶氮類引發(fā)劑，降低了樹脂中的毒性。它也可以用于醋酸乙烯酯的聚合反應(yīng)。

4. 是不飽和聚酯的高溫固化劑。該品廣泛地使用于玻璃鋼、涂料、膠粘劑等不飽和聚酯的固化過程中，如SMC、BMC、DMC的成型工藝中，本品是不飽和聚酯高溫固化選擇的固化劑，對(duì)模壓成型和拉擠成型都有理想的固化效果。如和BPO、TBPEH、CH等引發(fā)劑組成復(fù)配引發(fā)劑體系則效果更佳。

5. 是大部分橡膠的良好硫化劑（異丁烯類橡膠除外）。

6.  添加在油品中會(huì)大大提高其十六烷值。

Purpose:

1. High pressure polyethylene (LDPE) is an excellent medium temperature initiator, commonly used in tubular or kettle processes. It can be combined with initiators PV (tert butyl peroxybutyrate), OT (tert butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexoate), TBPD (tert butyl peroxyneodecanoate), and diisopropylbenzene peroxide to form a composite catalyst system, resulting in better polymerization performance.

In the styrene suspension polymerization process, the combination of initiator C and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) is the most commonly used initiator for styrene or styrene copolymers.

3. In the polymerization process of acrylic esters, the use of initiator C instead of azo initiator reduces the toxicity in the resin. It can also be used for the polymerization reaction of vinyl acetate.

4. It is a high-temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester. This product is widely used in the curing process of unsaturated polyester such as fiberglass, coatings, adhesives, etc., such as in the molding processes of SMC, BMC, DMC. It is the preferred curing agent for high-temperature curing of unsaturated polyester, and has very ideal curing effects for both compression molding and pultrusion molding. If a composite initiator system is composed of BPO, TBPEH, CH and other initiators, the effect is better.

5. It is a good vulcanizing agent for most rubbers (excluding isobutylene rubber).

6. It will greatly increase its cetane number when added to oil products.
