用途:

1.本產(chǎn)品是乙烯聚合常選用的聚合引發(fā)劑，適用于釜式和管式法工藝中。也是丙烯酸酯類和甲基丙烯酸酯類的聚合引發(fā)劑，適用溫度范圍80-150℃。

2. 本產(chǎn)品可以使用于苯乙烯的聚合引發(fā)，其活性優(yōu)于BPO，也可以與TBPB和TBEC等過氧化物復配使用。也是醋酸乙烯（EVA）共聚物的重要引發(fā)劑。

3. 為不飽和聚酯的高溫固化劑，固化溫度為120-160℃，選擇UP于熱壓模塑法固化工藝（DMC、BMC），也可和鈷類促進劑作用，在60℃用于氣干漆和纏繞成型工藝。

包裝及運輸:

標準包裝為20公斤的聚乙烯包裝。也可根據(jù)客戶的要求的包裝尺寸供貨，客戶可在訂貨時提出要求。

1.儲存于陰涼通風的空間內(nèi),倉溫不超過20℃。

2. 遠離火種，熱源。應與酸類，還原劑，易燃物，可燃物，還原劑等分開存放。

3. 儲存間的照明通風等設施采用防爆型，開關設在戶外。

4. 搬運時應小心輕放，防止包裝及容器的破損，禁止撞擊和振蕩，分裝和搬運作業(yè)要注意個人防護。

Purpose:

1. This product is a commonly used polymerization initiator for ethylene polymerization, suitable for both kettle and tube processes. It is also a polymerization initiator for acrylates and methacrylates, with a suitable temperature range of 80-150 ℃.

2. This product can be used for polymerization initiation of styrene, with better activity than BPO, and can also be used in combination with peroxides such as TBPB and TBEC. It is also an important initiator for ethylene acetate (EVA) copolymers.

3. It is a high-temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester, with a curing temperature of 120-160 ℃. It is preferred for UP in the hot pressing molding process (DMC, BMC), and can also interact with cobalt type accelerators for air drying paint and winding molding processes at 60 ℃.

Storage precautions:
