用途:
(1) 苯乙烯的聚合:
TBEC可以使用于苯乙烯和苯乙烯的共聚體的聚合反應(yīng),聚合反應(yīng)溫度范圍為100-130℃。在本體聚合中,TBEC有利于增加反應(yīng)速率。在水相懸浮聚合工藝中,使用TBEC可以減少反應(yīng)最后階段苯乙烯單體的殘留量。
(2) 丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合:
TBEC能夠用于丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合反應(yīng),聚合反應(yīng)溫度為100-170℃。
(3) 熱固樹脂的固化:
TBEC可用于脂肪族不飽和聚酯在高溫下的固化。
TBEC是UP樹脂熱模壓成型工藝選擇的固化劑(SMC、BMC、ZMC等),溫度范圍為120-170℃,制品耐受性好。
貯存條件:
保持包裝密閉并處于良好通風(fēng)狀態(tài)下,貯存溫度≤25℃,避免和還原劑如胺類、酸、堿、重金屬化合物(促進劑及金屬皂),嚴禁在庫房內(nèi)分裝及取用。
貯存穩(wěn)定性:
按廠家提示的條件進行保存,產(chǎn)品在三個月內(nèi)可保證出廠技術(shù)標準。
滅火:
小的火災(zāi)需用干粉或二氧化碳滅火器滅火,同時用大量水噴灑,防止再燃。大火需在不危險的距離之外用大量水噴射。

Safety precautions:
(1) Keep away from sparks, open flames, and heat sources.
(2) Avoid contact with reducing agents (such as amines), acids, bases, and heavy metal compounds (such as accelerators, metal soaps, etc.)

Purpose:
(1) Polymerization of styrene:
TBEC can be used for the polymerization reaction of styrene and styrene copolymers, with a polymerization temperature range of 100-130 ℃. In bulk polymerization, TBEC is beneficial for increasing the reaction rate. In the aqueous suspension polymerization process, the use of TBEC can reduce the residual amount of styrene monomer in the final stage of the reaction.
(2) Polymerization of acrylate and methacrylate:
TBEC can be used for the polymerization reaction of acrylic or methacrylate at a temperature of 100-170 ℃.
(3)Curing of thermosetting resins:
TBEC can be used for the curing of aliphatic unsaturated polyester at high temperatures.
TBEC is the preferred curing agent for UP resin hot molding process (SMC, BMC, ZMC, etc.), with a temperature range of 120-170 ℃, good product resistance, safety and environmental protection.
Storage conditions:
Keep the packaging sealed and in a well ventilated state, with a maximum storage temperature of 25 ℃. Avoid mixing with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps). It is strictly prohibited to pack or use in the warehouse.
Storage stability:
Store according to the manufacturer's instructions, and the product can meet the factory technical standards within three months.
Fire extinguishing:
Small fires need to be extinguished with dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and a large amount of water should be sprayed to prevent reignition. A large fire requires spraying a large amount of water from a safe distance.
