本產(chǎn)品可用異十二烷或鄰苯二甲酸二丁酯調(diào)配成50%的溶液，也可用乙苯和礦物油調(diào)配成25%的溶液(可根據(jù)戶(hù)要求進(jìn)行調(diào)配)。

用途:

1．本產(chǎn)品用于苯乙烯本體聚合，溫度90-120C。是苯乙烯共聚體、丙烯腈、丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯等的聚合引發(fā)劑。

2．是不飽和聚酯的固化劑，是UP樹(shù)脂的固化劑，用于拉擠成型工藝,熱壓模塑成型（SMC、DMC、BMC）的固化劑，在SMC和BMC工藝中具有十分優(yōu)越的催化性能。

包裝及運(yùn)輸：

1.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包裝為25公斤的聚乙烯包裝。也可根據(jù)客戶(hù)的要求的包裝尺寸供貨，客戶(hù)可在訂貨時(shí)提出要求。

2.引發(fā)劑TACH-B50的運(yùn)輸符合下列條規(guī):

IMO(海運(yùn))5.2 UN No 3103  C型液體有機(jī)過(guò)氧化物,二類(lèi)危險(xiǎn)貨物包裝。

如嚴(yán)格按生產(chǎn)廠家提示的條件貯存,六個(gè)月內(nèi)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量能夠保證。

貯存：

1.嚴(yán)格按本廠提示的貯存溫度貯存,如貯存溫度高于危急溫度將導(dǎo)致火災(zāi).

2.貯存場(chǎng)所嚴(yán)禁明火,遠(yuǎn)離熱源,防止靜電,避光保存,貯存場(chǎng)所應(yīng)有良好的通風(fēng)設(shè)備.

3.大量存放該產(chǎn)品時(shí)應(yīng)有單獨(dú)的庫(kù)房,嚴(yán)禁產(chǎn)品接觸還原劑,鐵銹,灰塵,重金屬離子,酸和堿等.

4.防止撞擊和摩擦.

滅火:

1.本產(chǎn)品可能因受熱而劇烈分解,并且猛烈起火,少量產(chǎn)品燃燒的小火應(yīng)用泡沫或干粉滅火器滅火.

2.大火撤離到不危險(xiǎn)的距離之外救火,并用水槍搶救,及時(shí)通知消防部門(mén)協(xié)助救火。

This product can be formulated into a 50% solution using isododecane or dibutyl phthalate, or a 25% solution using ethylbenzene and mineral oil (can be formulated according to customer requirements).

Purpose:

1. This product is used for styrene bulk polymerization at a temperature of 90-120C. It is a polymerization initiator for styrene copolymer,  acrylate, and methacrylate.

2. It is an efficient curing agent for unsaturated polyester and UP resin, used in pultrusion molding processes and hot pressing molding (SMC, DMC, BMC). It has excellent catalytic performance in SMC and BMC processes.

Packaging And Transportation：

1. The standard packaging is polyethylene packaging of 25 kilograms. We can also supply according to the packaging size requested by the customer, and the customer can make requirements when placing an order.

2. The transportation of initiator TACH-B50 complies with the following regulations:

IMO 5.2 UN No 3103 C-type liquid organic peroxide, packaging for Class II dangerous goods.

Product validity period:

If stored strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions, the product quality can be guaranteed within six months.

Storage：

1. It is necessary to strictly store according to the storage temperature indicated by our factory. If the storage temperature is higher than the critical temperature, it will cause a fire

2. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the storage area, kept away from heat sources, prevented from static electricity, and stored away from light. The storage area should have good ventilation equipment

3. When storing this product in large quantities, there should be a separate warehouse. It is strictly prohibited for the product to come into contact with reducing agents, rust, dust, heavy metal ions, acids, and alkalis

4. Prevent impact and friction

Fire extinguishing:

1. This product may decompose violently due to heating and ignite violently. Small fires burning a small amount of products shall be extinguished with foam or dry powder 

2. The fire must be evacuated to a safe distance and rescued with a water gun. The fire department should be notified in a timely manner to assist in extinguishing the fire.
