用途:

(1) 氯乙烯的聚合引發(fā)劑：

BCHPC是一種新型氯乙烯的水相懸浮聚合引發(fā)劑，它和CUPN（過氧化新癸酸異丙苯酯），LPO（過氧化二月桂酰），等復(fù)配使用，可提高反應(yīng)活性，聚合溫度為40-65℃。

(2) 熱固樹脂的固化：

BCHPC可用于不飽和聚酯的固化，是一種不飽和聚酯制品所選的固化劑，適用溫度范圍寬，具有十分優(yōu)良的固化特性，也可和TBPB及CH335復(fù)配使用。

貯存條件:

保持包裝密閉并處于良好通風(fēng)狀態(tài)下，貯存溫度≤25℃，避免和還原劑如胺類、酸、堿、重金屬化合物（促進(jìn)劑及金屬皂），嚴(yán)禁在庫房內(nèi)分裝及取用。

貯存穩(wěn)定性:

按廠家提示的條件進(jìn)行保存，產(chǎn)品在三個(gè)月內(nèi)可保證出廠技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

滅火:

小的火災(zāi)需用干粉或二氧化碳滅火器滅火，同時(shí)用大量水噴灑，防止再燃。大火需在不危險(xiǎn)的距離之外用大量水噴射。

Purpose:

(1) Polymerization initiator of vinyl chloride:

BCHPC is a new initiator for aqueous suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride. It can be used in combination with CUPN (cumyl peroxide neodecanoate), LPO (lauroyl peroxide), etc. to improve the reaction activity. The polymerization temperature is 40-65 ℃.

(2) Curing of thermosetting resins:

BCHPC can be used for the curing of unsaturated polyester and is the preferred curing agent for high-end unsaturated polyester products. It has a wide temperature range and excellent curing properties. It can also be used in combination with TBPB and CH335.

Storage conditions:

Keep the packaging sealed and in a well ventilated state, with a maximum storage temperature of 25 ℃. Avoid mixing with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps). It is strictly prohibited to pack or use in the warehouse.

Storage stability:

Store according to the manufacturer's instructions, and the product can meet the factory technical standards within three months.

Fire extinguishing:

Small fires need to be extinguished with dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and a large amount of water should be sprayed to prevent reignition. A large fire requires spraying a large amount of water from a safe distance.
